The 20-year tax holiday is in force as Law 7582 (Resmi Gazete issue 33270, June 4, 2026). Status: official. Foreign-source income is exempt from Turkish tax for 20 years. The implementing communiqué (tebliğ, Seri No: 333, July 4, 2026) confirmed eligibility rests on tax residency, not permit type, and that claiming it requires an İstisna Belgesi (exemption certificate).
